Site Administration

Server administration includes backup of database & site contents, and 100% guarantee server operation. If the server fails for any reason - caused by external forces such as virus infection, server attack by hackers, earthquake, fire, etc., i2WebSolution will recover the site at no additional charge. Time spent to recover the site including moving to a new hosting server and rebuilding the web site and recovering the database will covered by this contract. i2WebSolution recommends purchasing System Administration Service Contract for all mission critical business web sites. This service is a must for e-commerce and high profile web sites.


Backup Service

There are two types of backup; site backup and database backup. Backup frequency for a business web site can vary depending on the types of business. For E-Commerces sites, we recommend backing up their database at least every 24 hours. All i2 managed web sites' contents are backuped up 100%. For any web sites with database such as B2B and B2B E-Commerce sites, we recommend purchasing optional VIP backup service. Each back up service can vary depending on the frequency.
