Urgent problem such as site outage will be addressed immediately. Customers with a Site Maintenance Contract, all update requests will be made on the scheduled updated date. Customers without contract, we will contact you for an approval of work before executing the work. Maintenance work under $1000, a full-payment is required prior to the execution of work. Any updates to the site will be charged at the company's normal hourly rate. i2WebSolution company's hourly rate is as follows: $50/hour(Image/HTML updates), $75/hour(flash design), $100/hour(programming), $150/hour(system administration). There is a minimum of $150 per incident up to 2 hours for HTML and Design updates. Minimum of $300 per incident up to 2 hours for programming updates.
For any maintenance tasks exceeding contracted maintenance time,
